Our Enhancement Supervisor position is currently open for a dedicated and driven individual. The person in this position will be responsible for performing services like seasonal flower rotation, pruning, small plantings, and mulch and pine needle installation, in addition to managing a 1-2 person crew for these services.

Our primary office is located in Kernersville, North Carolina. All applicants must live in Kernersville or a nearby area like Winston-Salem, Greensboro, High Point, Oakridge, or Walkertown.

Enhancement Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleanups of properties
• Install seasonal flowers twice per year
• Perform maintenance-type pruning and structural pruning based on plant needs
• Perform small planting projects, including front foundation remodels
• Remove and replace lawns with seed or sod
• Manage a 1-2 person crew when performing installations
• Ensure all work is completed according to design and quality standards

Enhancement Supervisor Requirements:

• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the landscape industry
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license
• Be able to communicate clearly with homeowners and customers
• Have exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Have reliable transportation to and from work
• Demonstrate knowledge of proper pruning and planting techniques

Pay:

• $22-$27 an hour, depending on experience
