We are seeking innovators, problem solvers and collaborators for a Supply Chain Internship, with a concentrated blend of experiential on-the-job learning, a dynamic environment, access to business leaders will provide you the opportunity to sharpen your skills and participate on a number of strategic projects. Supply Chain and Procurement activities have a tremendous impact on the success of our organization. They are engaged in every facet of the business process-planning, purchasing, production, transportation, distribution, customer service and more! An IDEAL intern would be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and would be able to complete the internship having gained a broad understanding of the business and the unique way our supply chain operates.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this role, you will:

• Work directly with IDEAL suppliers, as well as internal cross functional stakeholders to achieve 2023 business initiatives
• Track progress monthly on key performance indicators.
• Assist with projects that contribute to the strategic initiatives of Sourcing and IDEAL.
• Utilize various tools and resources to analyze information and make recommendations to support the business.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Pursuing degree in either Supply Chain, Management/Leadership, Finance, Economics
• Excel Skills for data collection, spreadsheet organization and data analysis
• Basic supply chain understanding
• Project management and cross functional collaboration skills
• Strong communication skills for both internal colleagues and external partners
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments and tasks
