Job Description
The Payroll Clerk is responsible for processing a variety of payroll activities including, but not limited to, issuing check payments and creating electronic deposits. The ideal candidate will be responsible for balancing daily transactions, maintaining accurate files, and performing multiple clerical functions such as answering phones, filing and other administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
  • Enter payroll data into the computer.
  • Complete timely and accurate payroll reports and forms.
  • Perform payroll calculations.
  • Implement payroll processing procedures and systems.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and reports for payroll.
  • Prepare paychecks and other financial documents.
Qualifications
  • Customer Service Experience

  • Payroll or accounting experience preferred
