Job Description

To be considered for this position, you must have at least 2 years of experience in sales.
Now is the perfect time to join our local team of inside sales representatives and start your career with us! This position is designed to work with those who have sales experience in other industries and train them to be expert insurance agents. Our sales agents provide product solutions and education to our clients. In this position, you will learn how to sell our insurance products using our state-of-the-art CRM platform. You will have regular intentional access to our support teams in order to master what makes our sales teams unique. 

Our sales managers provide training and ongoing support to our agents to help you become part of our growing sales representative community!

Requirements:

• Strong sales skills and experience (Ideally telephone sales experience) 
• Ideal candidates will have sold insurance products (Not mandatory)
• Ability to overcome sales objections and close over the phone 
• Active Health and Life Insurance license a plus 

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Connect with and sell to provided Health eligible leads 
• Build comprehensive policies through a consultative approach 
• Generate electronic rate quotes 
• Service active client base for new sales opportunities

We will soon return to our offices, at which time, we will utilize a hybrid work schedule with regular required work from the office and moderate flexibility to work from home.
