Production Project Manager role and responsibilities include but not limited to:

Oversight of Jobs-

• Review Job plans / contract /estimates from sales
• Decide which trade contractors would be correct for the job and send them scope of work and plans. Obtain quotes on new jobs
• See if trade contractors need to do field measure and review project and let us know of any issues for their trade

Oversight of Customers-

• Coordination of job start up and job timeline with customer and trade contractors
• Give customer a list of items they need to select / follow up on any allowance issues
• Review customer allowance choices and compare to estimate scope and plans and review with customer then place orders. Coordinate and review with supervisor/designer.
• Facilitate pick up of customer payments after milestone billings

Oversight of Production-

• Prepare permit application and submit/pickup from municipality
• Scheduling of start of job
• Schedule and manage delivery of materials and site services
• Follow up on delivery of all allowance items and head off any issues/concerns/backorder etc.
• Maintain & update calendar of job/ and Construction Management Software input (i.e.Buildertrend, Contractor Foreman)
• Revise and print out “To Do” work lists
• Obtain and review customer end of job punch list. Consolidate with production punch list

Administrative Duties-

• Communication with Sales about weekly progress/updates on issues or problems with customers
• Communication with Finance on job milestones for customer invoicing and billing customer, and review of billing for extras.
• Review vendor invoices for job material purchases
• Conversational Spanish is a plus, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
