Position: Event Specialist
Description: Are you passionate about creating memorable experiences and orchestrating successful events? Join Ideaboxpro as an Event Specialist! In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events to perfection.
Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and logistics.
• Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and schedules.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and deliver tailored solutions.
• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality services within budget.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage event staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in event planning and execution.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Creative mindset and problem-solving skills.
