Position: Entry Level Event Specialist
Description: Are you passionate about creating unforgettable experiences? Join Ideaboxpro as an Entry Level Event Specialist and be part of our dynamic team! In this role, you'll have the opportunity to assist in planning and executing events that leave a lasting impact on our clients and their audiences.
Responsibilities:

• Assist in the coordination and execution of various events, including conferences, seminars, and promotional events.
• Collaborate with team members to develop event concepts and themes.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
• Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and attendees to ensure a seamless event experience.
• Prepare event materials and manage event schedules and timelines.
• Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and attendee assistance.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
