Position: Communications Liaison

Description: As a Communications Liaison at Ideaboxpro, you will serve as the bridge between our company and our clients, ensuring clear and effective communication at all times. This role is pivotal in maintaining positive relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for client communications.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings between clients and internal teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of information to clients.
• Manage client inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address client needs and concerns.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project status and progress.
• Assist in developing communication strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a client-facing role or communications role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and communication tools.
