Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and leadership to the production support team
• Lead daily standup meetings for the production support team
• Triage production issues and drive them to resolution
• Drive and report on incident SLA compliance
• Provide project leadership with updates on trending production issues
• Facilitate client meetings for high priority production issues
• Attend and provide updates for production release follow up meetings
• Drive creation of RCCA documentation for major incidents
• Create release notes for production defect fixes
• Provide daily guidance and direction to production support tester
• Expected Deliverables:
• Release notes
• SLA reports
• Testing progress reports

Required Skills:

• Experience in leading a team
• Working knowledge ticket management or SDLC

Preferred Skills:

• Working experience with welfare case management/eligibility determination systems
• Experience with testing processes
• Experience with a ticket management system.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: From $40.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
