Seeking to fill concierge within a senior living facility. Our client is seeking a customer service oriented Concierge to assist residents and log in all visitors to the facility. We’re searching for an experienced individual who can provide high-quality service to all their residents and understands the worth of exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will have a confident personality, understands the essence of customer service, and be equipped with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

RESPONSIBILITIES: including but not limited to

• Greeting residents at the door and assisting them with the doors when necessary
• Handle inquiries from clients and residents in a professional manner.
• Greet visitors when they enter the building and guide them to their designated areas.
• Process important queries and manage customer expectations in a polite and friendly manner.
• Answer telephones and monitor the lobby.
• Maintain a clean and pleasant environment.
• Assist in enforcing building and visitors rules and regulations.
• Strong reporting skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Willingness to learn.
• Prior experience working in high end buildings a plus.
• Basic computer literacy skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Polite, friendly, and self-assured attitude.
• Skills in multitasking and good time-management.
• Lift up to 50lbs.

Wages

• Paid Training
• $17.50 per hour paid weekly.

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 40 per week
