Staff Marketing Analyst at GoTo in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Description Staff Marketing Analyst Multiple positions open Where you'll work : Boston, MA; may telecommute from any location within the continental U.S. Job Duties: As a Staff Marketing Analyst, the position requires: Design, develop, and build custom reports and models summarizing Marketing, Sales, eCommerce, and Operational data and metrics to deliver high impact, data-driven insights for executives, managers, and other stakeholders. Build and develop databases and perform data mapping, data integration, extracting, joining, and transforming data using data warehouseand business intelligence applications, including Salesforce, SQL, and Python. Write code using SQL and Python to build data models and verify the data integrity. Monitor and perform insights analysis and in-depth evaluation of variable factors to understand business trends and implications, key performance metrics, and purchase path, make data-driven recommendations. Present data and technical concepts using Tableau and other visualization applications to non-technical stakeholders. Serve as a team lead to understand processesand data/reporting requirements, and translate needs and use cases into technical requests for submission to data/infrastructure team. 10% domestic travel required. What We're Looking For: As a Staff Marketing Analyst, the minimum requirements are: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Analytics, Business Management, or Applied Mathematics and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a business intelligence or business systems analyst-related role. Position requires at least five (5) years of experience in the following skills and/or technologies: Designing and building custom reports, models, or dashboards to enable data driven solutions; Understanding key performance indicators (KPIs) and deriving insights/action plans to improve them; SQL or Python; Data Analytics: Machine learning algorithms (classification, regression, and clustering); Business Intelligence: Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), Tableau, or MS Power BI; ETL: SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) or Informatica; Database: Oracle, SQL Server, or Azure Data Lake; and CRM: Salesforce, Siebel, or Workday.
