We are seeking a Pharmacy Business Specialist to join our Pharmacy Administrative team. This is a NEW position created to support the pharamcy service line, which encompasses a wide range of programs and activities critical to our healthcare system. What You Can Expect Monday - Friday day shift Manage communications for the Pharmacy team, including email lists, updates, recording/taking meeting minutes, and assist with preparing meeting agendas Order office supplies, equipment, and supplies for other pharmacy needs Collect and maintain electronic documentation Support the Pharmacy Resident and Apprentice programs Update pharmacy and director-level org charts Conduct regular follow-ups and provide administrative support for pharmacist credentialing processes, ensuring timely completion and compliance with regulatory standards and requests from the CVO Assist with attendance management and documentation Create onboarding binders, maintain spreadsheets, and assist with technical advancement opportunities Update the pharmacy page on the intranet, manage permissions for system Team pages, and support tech advancement opportunities by managing access to certification materials and vouchers Qualifications Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree Pharmacy technician and/or pharmacy administrative experience preferred What's in it for you At St. Luke's, caring for people in the communities we serve is our mission - and this includes our own SLHS team.
