• Able to keep track of pars like detergent needs and label quantities.
• Able to follow instructions, verbal and written.
• Able to communicate effectively and respectfully with all team members.
• Able to work on your feet for the full shift.
• Motivated to work quickly, safely and intelligently when taking on all tasks.
• Able to focus on providing the highest standard of cleanliness and sanitation about all kitchen equipment, standards, and kitchen maintenance.
• Must be able to safely handle commonly known food allergens included but not limited to wheat, dairy, fish, shellfish, nuts, and peanuts.
• Able to provide attention to detail with regards to labeling standards and practices.
• Able to aid Bakery and Deli staff when required.
• Able to provide professional appearance and disposition consistently.
• Able to observe potential safety and sanitation risk within dish tank.
• Able to arrange items in proper order according to predetermined locations.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift 60 lbs. repeatedly.
• Vision corrected to 20/20.
• Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking.
