Marketing Representative for Medical Clinic: Full-time or Part-time

Orthopedic Spine & Injury Center is a physician-led team of medical specialists that provides comprehensive and coordinated care for patients injured in accidents. Our clinic consists of more than 15 medical and surgical specialists providing a full range of services including diagnosis, testing, treatments, and surgery.

The Marketing Representative position involves (i) co-creating and overseeing marketing strategy and plan; (ii) maintenance of our digital and online presence and (iii) regular in-person visits to various referral sources, projecting the professionalism of our clinic. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Marketing agent for marketing our services to law firms, chiropractic offices, and medical providers.
• Daily in-person interactions with law firms, attorneys, paralegals, and medical provider referral sources.
• CRM implementation and utilization.
• Participation in conferences.
• Coordination of educational/informational meetings and events.
• Contribute to a positive & energetic environment.
• Maintain professional standards in sales & customer relationships.
• Responsible for generating new business and generating leads from internal and external sources.
• Ability to work and problem-solve independently.
• Overall responsibility for comprehensive marketing strategy in conjunction with the executive team.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related or marketing discipline or equivalent education/experience
• Sales or marketing experience in the legal or medical industries desired, but not requisite
• Digital marketing experience helpful
• Competitive mindset, looking for a challenge
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner
• Valid driver’s license
• Dependable transportation
• High functioning organization and follow-up skills
• Spanish language skills a plus
