Idaho Mountain Touring is currently looking to hire an experienced bicycle mechanic. Candidates must have worked as a professional bicycle mechanic. Knowledge of skis is a plus. The ideal candidate will possess these qualities:

- Good at following and taking direction from the manager and team lead
- Goal oriented and enjoys meeting sales goals
- Ability to balance store projects and customer service
- Willingness to go above and beyond when needed

Key Responsibilities
- Service all types of bicycles
- Service hydraulic brakes and suspension
- Has basic computer and operating system knowledge
- Able to lift up to 75lbs
- Be able to walk and stand for long periods of time
- Work a flexible schedule that includes working weekends, holidays, and opening/ closing shifts
- Communicate effectively to team and customers
- Helps in maintaining cleanliness of store and bathrooms
