The Dryer Operator is a vital member of the production team. The Dryer Operator must know all production lines and equipment. Possess the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues; Responsible for system efficiencies, operation of manufacturing equipment, and cleaning and maintaining the production process equipment, as well as sound communication skills, both verbal and written.
