Idaho Central Credit Union is Hiring a Workstation Supervisor Near Chubbuck, ID
- Manage and motivate staff to hit goals, be part of the culture and provide excellent customer service. Including completing team responsibility for evaluating and appraising work, addressing complaints and resolving problems taking disciplinary action, and ensuring quality of work.
- Manage system and software procurement process, ensuring software and equipment are ordered in a timely and quality manner.
- Manage the implementation and maintenance of all aspects of the ICCU workstation systems and peripherals. Examples include but not limited to; securing the assets, asset management, imaging, etc.
- Ensure that policies and procedures are followed and updated as necessary. Follows all company and department policies and procedures, including and not limited to; Asset Management, Change Control, Security, Data Protection, etc.
- Create and sustain a quality workstation support environment, wherein the IT department works to support front and back offices with day-to-day tasks.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system issues as reported by end users.
- Assists in the development of new systems to accommodate the expanding operations of the Credit Union.
- Ensuring that budgets are adhered to and deadlines are met.
- Planning and working flexibly to meet deadlines.
- Keeping up to date with technical and industry developments.
- Other duties as assigned
personnel. Required 4 years of IT or related field experience. Ability to maintain confidentiality of Credit Union and member records at all times.
