The Mortgage Processing Supervisor will manage a group of Mortgage Loan Processors in efficiently accomplishing daily goals. Help mentor, coach, train and develop Processors. Process mortgage loan applications and ensure loan files are compliant to all government and investor regulations. Ensuring processes support the sales team and files are complete and accurate for underwriting. Work with Leadership throughout the department to ensure the development and growth of the department.

• Manage daily priorities for the team to achieve efficiency and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Conduct regular one on one meetings with each team member discussing progress toward goals and career development
• Help cover and reassign workload for missing team members
• Hire, train and support for new Mortgage Loan Processors
• Processincomingloanapplications as needed
• Handle weekly timesheets and time off requests
• Prepare and produce Strength Development plans, conduct reviews, and corrective action if necessary for each direct report
• Prepare and assist with monthly reports regarding efficiency and productivity
• Assist, tickets, projects and testing as assigned and needed
• Support and manage the team to deliver a high standard of service
• Help manage the quality of files on the team
• Look for ways to improve and automate current processes, while keeping quality top of mind

Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Prior lending and leadership experience preferred. Ability to coach and develop team members based on talents. Excellent data processing and computer skills, with an eye for detail. An ability to work under pressure and in an organized manner. Excellent communication and people skills.
Performance Standard
Must take pride in department by processing loans in a timely and efficient manner with a high attention to detail. Must be professional and courteous in manner, with a focus on attendance, quality and quantity of work performed. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union.
Physical Requirements

• Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, counting cash, etc.).
• Sit for extended periods of time.
• Lift 20-40 pounds of applicable supplies including but not limited to copy paper, cash drawers, marketing material, etc.
• Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers.
• Reach keyboards.
• Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc.).
