If you are looking for a position that provides patient interaction without bedside responsibilities, check this out! **These positions are full-time, onsite in Boise, and remote work is not an option at this time** POSITION SUMMARY & HIGHLIGHTS: As a Telephone Triage Nurse, you will respond to calls from patients and caregivers to assess and manage symptom-based calls for established patients. You will work in a team environment to promote a positive experience in all aspects of patient care with efficiency, compassion and kindness. Provides information and education to patients and/or family based on identified needs. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-5p MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: General Requirements: One year of nursing experience required Nursing experience in an ambulatory setting preferred Education: An associate or bachelor's degree from a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE License/Certification: Must have an RN license in the state of Idaho issued prior to hire date.
