ID Lions Gate is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Davison, MI

Maintenance Technician

Position Summary:

ID Lions Gate is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team at our facility in Davison, MI. This position is responsible for performing maintenance and repairs to all facilities, including building upkeep and repairs, and landscaping. The ideal candidate must be flexible and enjoy working in a team environment with occasional on-site troubleshooting. Must have there own basic tools, experience is a must. Full time 40 hrs a week is a must.

Duties:

Make ready units for new move-ins

  • Complete physical inspections and repairs to apartment, including, paint, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical work.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs to all HVAC systems.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs to all plumbing systems.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs to all electrical systems.
  • Complete routine maintenance tasks and repair or replace broken or worn out equipment as needed.
  • Perform special projects as needed or requested.

Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC system repair methods preferred, with experience in troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, etc. system

Ability to work alone with minimal supervision required; ability to manage multiple
tasks required; ability to think strategically required.

  • Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions preferred. Physical labor will be required throughout the position (e.g., lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
