- 10 years of experience in business analyst role, with knowledge of Java Microservice, API, User Experience
- Experience working in Auto Finance, Mobility and Mobility finance domain
- Experience working in Java/Micro Service, Website/App area.
- Experience on Requirements discovery and Business process assessment
- Collaborating with business product owners and developers to create user journey and user stories
- Perform detailed analysis of business requirements and document the business process flows
- Understand product specifications and business requirements
- Create and maintain the Functional Specs documentation and work collaboratively with the team to test and deploy the system changes
- Ability to manage and own quality of deliverables
- Ability to critically evaluate business needs, identify opportunities for improvement and decompose high-level information into detailed requirements
- Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to teams
- Hands-on experience and knowledge on Microservice/Rest API testing
