We're looking for a talented Production Packaging Designer to join our retail client’s Private Brand Packaging team. Our ideal candidate is an experienced packaging pro with expertise in packaging, production design, branding and:

• Has a sophisticated and astute design eye and strong branding skills
• Is a critical problem-solver with the ability to create, consistent, on-brand, detailed design, and branding solutions
• Partners with a cohesive, highly engaged team that values collaboration and shares a quest for creative excellence
• Possesses an excellent understanding of print packaging, print production, and packaging manufacturing (substrates, die lines, colors, print processes, UPC, barcodes, etc.)
• Has a strong background in 360 design and print production (creative marketing, print collateral, presentations, promotions, and trade events are ideal) along with vendor experience

As a Temp Private Brand Production Packaging Designer, you should have:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in packaging production and design, creative, marketing, and brand design. International experience is preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in graphic design
• Broad knowledge of the packaging design concepts supporting the current brand strategy
• Expert skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign), PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong background in 360 print production (creative marketing, print collateral, promotions, and trade events are ideal) along with vendor experience
• Deep understanding and solid experience in packaging print production - able to prepare complete, vendor-ready print packaging production assets.
• Comprehensive understanding of design principles, typography, and brand standards
• Excellent understanding of print packaging, print production, and packaging manufacturing (substrates, die lines, colors, print processes, UPC, barcodes, etc.).
• Experience with private label brands and a range of consumer packaged goods (CPG) is preferred

This is a temp role working M-F, 8-5, onsite at our client's headquarters near Rogers, Arkansas. 100% REMOTE work is not available for this opportunity. Pay ranges between $27 to $40 per hour commensurate with experience.
