Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety Specialist to join our team. As an Environmental Health and Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations. You will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for our employees.

Duties:
- Develop and implement environmental health and safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and develop corrective actions
- Provide training to employees on safety protocols, emergency response procedures, and other relevant topics
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, training sessions, and other safety-related activities
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving workplace safety culture
- Stay up-to-date with changes in environmental health and safety regulations and communicate any updates or changes to relevant stakeholders

Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of EPA regulations, OSHA standards, and other relevant environmental health and safety laws
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis
- Experience in developing and implementing safety policies and procedures
- Knowledge of occupational health practices and workers compensation laws
- First aid and CPR certification preferred
- Ability to fabricate solutions to address safety concerns

Pay: $58,730.61 - $70,729.34 per year
