Project Manager – Business Analyst - SME – Uncleared Margin

Role: Project Manager – Business Analyst - SME – Uncleared Margin Rules (UMR) Phase 6 & Initial Margin Cashflow Margin

Location: Remote

Total Roles: 5

Duration: Contract 6 – 12 months

We are currently hiring 5 consultants to join our UMR/IM change management project. Consultants would require prior experience working on UMR Phase 6 projects, capital markets and regulatory change projects. In addition, you would have worked collaboratively with partners within Front Office, Operations and Technology stakeholders to prioritise and implement multiple and varied change initiatives driven by business, legal, regulatory, compliance, market requirements and/or operational efficiencies.

Requirements:

  • Must have Uncleared Margin Rules Phase 6 along with Initial Margin Cashflow demonstrated work experience
  • Resources will participate and execute projects, including the Uncleared Margin Rules (UMR), Initial Margin calculation workflows and SEC Security Base Swaps Dealer (SBSD) programs.
  • Conduct analysis of rules requirements for policy, procedures and technical transformation.
  • Work collaboratively with front and back-office partners to initiate and implement project initiatives.
  • Proven ability to lead and sustain change. 7 years of program management experience including large scale regulatory and business enablement implementations.
  • Excellent project management and business analyst skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Ability to bring multiple stakeholders together, cut to the heart of issues to reach consensus & decisions, demonstrate personal courage.
  • Capability to build effective partnership with all control functions to identify, escalate, debate and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Experience managing technology or operations initiatives; Experience running senior governance meetings & delivering presentations/ updates to senior leaders.
  • Knowledge of Global Banking or Global Markets and structured project management methods, including the Enterprise Change Standards
  • Previous experience of regulatory projects
