ICI Services is an Employee-Owned Company providing Engineering & Integration, Systems Acquisition, Information Warfare, and In-Service Sustainment support to government customers. We are seeking a Mid-Level Financial Management Analyst to support our Navy customer in Norfolk, VA.

Security Clearance:

• Applicant must be eligible to hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.

Position/Job Description:

· Review budget estimates or proposals to conform with established policies and procedures, and government guidelines.

· Analize financial reports such as cost-benefit, budgets, annual revenues, expenditures, and spending reports, and provide guidance to the government customer.

· Review data and provide recommendations to program leadership and other stakeholders.

· Support in Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE).

· Utilize various financial management systems such as N-ERP.

· Provide support in developing and implementing Policies and Procedures and track data for continual improvement.

Experience Requirements:

· 5 years of relevant professional experience.

· Experience providing financial support to US Navy Programs.

· Experience with US Navy financial data bases such as: N-ERP, PMS, SABRS Management Analysis Retrieval System (SMARTS).

· Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Microsoft Word & PowerPoint.

Educational Requirements:

· High School Diploma or equivalent with the above minimum years of experience.

· Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
