Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Server. As a Host/Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and provide menus
- Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter orders into the POS system (Aloha POS) and process payments
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables as needed
- Provide exceptional guest service throughout the dining experience

Experience:
- Previous experience in guest relations or customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, specifically Aloha POS, is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food service industry standards and practices
- Experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is beneficial
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

Pay: $12.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
