ICF is Hiring a Contracts Associate (May 2024 Grad) Near Reston, VA

ICF is seeking an entry level Contracts Associate to begin Summer 2024. In this role you will support the Contracts Administration function in the day-to-day administration of ICF’s contracts portfolio. This role is expected to work from our Reston, VA headquarters by August 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

Proposal preparation and Contract Administration support for assigned efforts.
Prepare and submit contract set-up documents.

Data entry and maintenance of contract information in a contract management system.
Assist in the review and negotiation of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
Assist in the review and negotiation of Teaming Agreements (TAs).
Assist in the review and negotiation of Subcontract Agreements (where ICF is the Sub).
Data collection activities and analysis for the contracts team.

Basic Qualifications:

A completed bachelor’s degree in business administration, public policy, or similarly related field

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
Strong data entry, administrative and coordination skills, as well as troubleshooting skills with an effective customer-service orientation.
Willingness to ask questions as well as leverage training tools available to employees to answer your own questions.
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated professionalism in providing support, including ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, tact, and diplomacy.
Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information.
Ability to compile, analyze and synthesize data into a usable format leveraging Microsoft Office products.
Ability to research, interpret, communicate and apply correct processes, applications and/or procedures with internal stakeholders or external clients.
