Custodian

Candidates will be responsible for cleaning and upkeep of the rink.

The schedule is Monday thru Friday daytime hours

Major Responsibilities Include:

• Cleaning the entire complex, interior, and exterior. Clean glass and stainless steel surfaces, dust, remove trash, sweep, mop, and vacuum. Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks and showers and restock supplies;
• Display a positive attitude. Greet customers, set up and open, stock, break down and clean, and inventory;
• Maintain a safe and hygienic appearance and work area ensuring all facility safety and operations rules and regulations are being followed;
• Communicate with managers of any concerns and/or needs of supplies for facility operations and its equipment;
• Ability to understand and carry out verbal and/or written instructions efficiently and effectively;
• Complete safety trainings and certifications as required. Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Previous custodial, grounds keeping or maintenance experience a plus!

Minimum Requirements:

Requires long periods of standing, frequent walking, repeated bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, or reaching; recurring lifting of objects up to 49 pounds.

A criminal background check will be completed prior to hire.
