- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills:
- Strong math skills for accurately calculating bills and making change
- Knowledge of basic math principles for measuring ingredients and creating drink recipes
- Familiarity with brewing techniques and different types of alcoholic beverages
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting
- Ability to handle high-volume situations, such as banquets or busy nights
- Excellent hospitality skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Understanding of retail math for inventory management and pricing calculations
- Knowledge of food service regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in catering events is a plus
