Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Crew Members at our ice cream shop. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic restaurant setting and gain valuable experience in the food industry.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare food items following standardized recipes and portion sizes
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and cooking basic menu items
- Follow all safety and health guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Skills:
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred
