Description

Responsible for ensuring that EDI-related production and procedures are maintained and properly executed.

Essential Functions 

Manage the imports and exports of all electronic files, including claims, and rejections 

Assist in testing onboarding new providers for successful transmission of their files 

Import and export EDI files and document information in their respective logs 

Document corrective actions and resolution of carrier rejection reports 

Responsible for working Claim Batch (including provider rejections) within the applicable timeframes and reporting any system-related issues, escalating to the EDI Manager as needed 

Create and document tickets where system issues are reported 

Assist in creating reports for reconciliation and auditing as needed to ensure compliance 

Work closely with the EDI Manager to resolve issues and implement new EDI processes 

Requirements

 Job Specifications 

Typically has the following skills or abilities: 

One to two years experience in an administrative support function 

Computer proficiency

Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve minimally to moderately complex problems 

Strong verbal and written communication skills 

Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment 

Ability to regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of job duties 

Ability to work within multiple complex systems to extract necessary information

The compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets.
