You will be responsible for all aspects of service including set-up, food service, making and serving beverages, set-up and pack down of functions and equipment in the hotel's Club Lounge.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Acknowledging IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests in person or over the phone

• Taking and managing guest bookings

• Staying one step of our guests’ needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations

• Being our guests’ trusted contact – helping with everything from bill issues to local attraction recommendations

What We need from you:

• Communication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you’ll be easy to talk to

• Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories

• Fluency in the local language - extra language skills would be great, but not essential

• Literate and tech-savvy
