Previous experience in an operations support role is preferred. Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities Must possess problem solving skills, task organization skills and a high level of initiative. Familiarity with various types of accounts as it relates to Online Banking access and permissions. Ability to meet time deadlines and function in a fast paced environment. Knowledge of ACH or equivalent experience helpful. Demonstrate a general level of knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC related responsibilities in the performance of daily operations to ensure adherence to bank policies and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
