IBTX Independent Bank is Hiring a Facilities Project Manager - McKinney, TX Near Mc Kinney, TX

This role has the opportunity to work hybrid. During the interview process, our Talent Acquisition Team will share additional details with you. The Facilities Project Manager will be responsible for managing the complete life cycle of major Facilities related projects across the Independent Financial footprint while working with leadership, internal, and external partner groups to achieve desired results. Responsibilities Responsible for overall project planning including but not limited to: scope of work, schedule, budget, quality of work, logistics, and communications. Define scope of projects in collaboration with management team and internal partner groups. Plan and create detailed work plans identifying and sequencing activities and resources needed to successfully complete assigned projects. Successfully execute Facilities projects such as: ground up construction, space planning, office space/tenant finish out, remodels, and capital improvement projects. Provide all necessary construction administration and oversight; manage project contracts with various parties as applicable. Manage successful project closure and outcomes to include punch items, commissioning, financials, documentation, turn over, and achieving customer satisfaction. Function as owner’s representation on behalf of the Bank and effectively manage various external resources such as: Architects, Consultants, Engineers, Developers, Contractors, and Building Owners as well as internal partner groups such as: Branch Operations, Retail/Lending, Procurement, Security, IT, Accounting, Marketing, and others. Effectively and consistently communicate project actions and status, accomplishments, schedules, and budgets to internal partner groups and leadership. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Education Requirement and Minimum Experience Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field required At least 5 years’ experience in construction or project management required Licenses and Certifications Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP), preferred Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities Strong project management and communication skills Must work independently with little supervision Background in simultaneously managing multiple successful projects and activities that are on-time, within budget, meet quality expectations, and are well communicated Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to travel; valid Texas driver’s license Understanding and experience of facilities systems such as bank equipment, HVAC, lighting, security, IT, electrical, plumbing, furniture systems, and signage Strong financial acumen and cost estimating skills; thoroughly understand how to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and bid proposals; write and submit RFP’s for bidding purposes Must be a self-starter, be dependable, have reliable attendance, and must possess a professional demeanor Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal, organizational, communication, and time management skills Ability to adapt to a changing work environment Computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications, required Job Details: Regular To all recruitment agencies: Independent Financial does not accept agency resumes without formal engagement of the agency.
