Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to provide assistance and care to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have experience in various support roles and possess a compassionate and patient demeanor.

Duties:
- Assist individuals with daily tasks such as meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care
- Provide support to individuals with autism, ensuring their comfort and safety
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment
- Engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality at all times

Experience:
The ideal candidate should have experience or knowledge in the following areas:
- Working with individuals in assisted living facilities or nursing homes
- Handling childcare responsibilities
- Familiarity with systems for tracking individual progress
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar support role is preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others
- Compassionate and patient attitude towards those in need of support
