Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Assistant Manager to join our team. As the Human Resources Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including employee relations, talent acquisition, training development, and data analysis. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization maintains a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Utilize HR software systems such as Paylocity and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to manage employee data, payroll, benefits administration, and performance evaluations
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources management
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of human resources management principles and practices
- Proficiency in HR software systems such as Paylocity and ATS
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze data and provide meaningful insights
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies
- Knowledge of training development techniques
