Your Role and Responsibilities
This position is responsible for identifying training needs, changes in organizational structure, communications needs, leadership impact assessment / alignment, and other factors necessary for a successful transformation. This resource will work with IBM and client leadership to create a roadmap for all necessary changes and guide the organization through its execution. The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
* Ability to plan and execute training, communications, and OCM tasks to produce optimal results and increase standardization
* Ability to evaluate key performance indicators and recommend opportunities to elevate client satisfaction and deliverables
* Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with the client and IBM teams to deliver shared goals
This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret Security clearance or higher Required Technical and Professional Expertise * At least 9 years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) processes and methodologies for large SAP implementations
* Proven leadership in SAP training development and delivery
* Experience with SAP Enable Now and Success Factors
* Working knowledge of document capture
* Ability to plan and execute training, communications, and OCM tasks to produce optimal results and increase standardization
* Ability to evaluate key performance indicators and recommend opportunities to elevate client satisfaction and deliverables
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Math, Business or other related scientific or technical discipline.Must be able to clear a DoD clearance - US Citizenship Required Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise * Knowledge of and experience with DoD and specifically Navy ERP
* Familiar with Navy and/or DoD processes, tools and methodologies
* Federal experience
* Certified with PROSCI ADKAR Change Management
