Your Role and Responsibilities1. Lead the development and implementation of key processes to enhance and automate the Tech/Alliance program
2. Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for improvement/automation, recommending changes to minimize bottlenecks and streamline operations
3. Drive cross-functional team alignment and execution of process improvement initiatives across various functional and business stakeholders
4. Document all enhanced processes including, but not limited to Tiger team processes for Contracts, ITSPatch process and CAO-led initiatives on automating key processes, EPM/ISC dashboard improvements.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise1. Experience leading development and implementation of key processes.
2. Experience analyzing workflows and identify areas for improvement/automation, recommending changes to minimize bottlenecks and streamline operations.
3. Experience driving cross-functional team alignment and execution of process improvement initiatives across various functional and business stakeholders.
