IBEX Roof is hiring for an aggressive, well-organized and reliable Project Manager who will work closely with internal and external clients to ensure that project requirements run smoothly, efficiently and are met on time as specified within company policy. Position:PROJECT MANAGER
Location:Ridgefield, WA (Check in daily at our Ridgefield office and travel over the entire PDX metro area)
Pay:Results-based pay based on production on a monthly basis (Average Project Managers are making $6,000 - $8,000 a month. If you are hungry and love to dominate you can make $80,000 - $130,000 per year easily)
Type:Full-Time
Shift:8-hour shift - Mondays to Fridays (overtime and Saturdays as needed)

Responsibilities:
- Expand and maintain the organization's internal contact list.
- Organize and coordinate new projects.
- Communicate with Managers.
- Resolve problems with projects by communicating with Customers.
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information to Installers and the office.
- Lifting Heavy Construction Material
- Climbing Ladders and walking Roofs
- Break projects into actionable tasks and set timeframes
- Coordinate with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
- Oversee project procurement management
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar position
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
- Experience in Construction
- Comfortable working from Heights and be able to climb on roofs
- Able to lift 60-80 lbs of shingle bundles regularly
- Valid driver's license- with an insurable driving record (No reckless, negligent, or DUIs in the last 3 years)
- Must be able to work in all types of weather- we don't stop!
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Pass a criminal background check and a drug test
