Job Overview:
Iberian Soccer Academy, former Betis Academy AZ is looking for a local Soccer Assistant Director for our summer program and fall program, to guide and assist our Sport Academy Director, Santiago Redondo Lopez, UEFA Pro certified and former Real Madrid Player.

Duties:
- Assist the Director in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization
- Provide leadership and guidance to coaches, assistant coaches and Sport director.
- Assist implementing programs and activities for children soccer development and elite training along with our Sport director.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, CPR training set up for new coaches and assistant coaches.
- Manage behavior using code of conducts stablished for parents, coaches and children
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling games, facilities search to set up and expand the program to other locations, communicate with Sport coordinator to update parents and kids about new activities or program changes.
- Collaborate with parents, staff, and community partners to create a positive and inclusive environment for all kids and member of the academy.

- Experience coaching soccer teams in Arizona, local competitions and tournament to be able to assist our Sport director and setting up teams in competitions, assisting with registrations and paperwork related.

- Experience with programs such Team Snap to manage teams and event coordination in timely manners.

Requirements:
- Experience working soccer teams or clubs in Arizona.
- Strong knowledge and experience in youth soccer.
- Excellent behavior management skills
- Ability to network with the local soccer families and leaders.
- Able to communicate oral and written English and Spanish to help translating Sport director direction and structure.
- Strong organizational and communication and computer skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and team building skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
