Analyst Customer Billing
JOB SUMMARY :
Scope of Work - Main duties, settings, geography, reporting relationships, other relationships :
Provides support to customer service, metering, billing, and net energy billing, with a focus on Community Distributed Generation (CDG) and Remote Net Metering (RNM).
Accountable for accuracy and timeliness of billing, internal control and CEO Certification compliance and documentation, and resolving any billing or reporting problems or issues as they arise.
Supports the implementation of system changes. Strong desire to satisfy the customer. Reports for duty in storm situations.
MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Scope of work - range of responsibilities) :
Completes billing and crediting tasks associated with RNM and CDG accurately and timely. Interacts professionally with stakeholders and customers to resolve inquiries.
Provides support to RNM and CDG external billing team. Supports the implementation of system changes and assists with the development of new processes.
Activities may include but are not limited to : Development of new processes, testing and implementation, and system interfaces to other work processes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Education & Experience Required :
Bachelor or Associates Degree preferred, or three to five years of relevant Billing or Customer Care experience.* Experience with SAP and Customer Relationship Management and Billing.
CRMB) applications highly desirable.* Experience with customer service policies, practices, filed rate tariffs, and billing* Microsoft Excel proficiency required.
