IAT has an immediate opening for an experienced P&C Transformation Lead. This position is responsible for creating solution recommendations, gaining alignment, executing the implementation of the decision, and engaging multiple areas of the organization. The actual title and level of this role will be based on the knowledge, skills, and abilities demonstrated during the interview process.
This role is dedicated to driving efficiencies within our optimization strategic roadmap by working closely with all levels of the organization from the C-suite to the front line and within multiple areas of the organization, including but not limited to Operations, multiple underwriting business units, actuarial, product, IT, and Business Intelligence. Some of the key areas this role will be responsible for will be Operational Workflow for all Underwriting processes regardless of role as well as helping to execute key business strategies as it relates to people, process, technology, product, pricing, etc. In addition, this person will work closely with business and operations to determine the future state business process within the guardrails of our strategic initiative to get the right work on the right desk.
The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of underwriting transformation experience as a business consultant focused on optimization.
The role works a structured hybrid schedule from an IAT’s office. We are in the office Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, with the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday. Occasional travel may be required. Full-time remote will be considered.
