Our skilled nursing facility is looking for a full-time Social Services/Admissions Coordinator.

The primary purpose of the Social Services Coordinator is to identify and provide for each resident’s social, emotional, and psychological needs, to develop the resident’s full potential during his/her stay at the facility. Along with providing Social Services for our residents and families, in your position as Admission Coordinator, you will be responsible for assists in developing census and providing external and internal support throughout the admissions process.
