At International Auto Processing LLC, the Custodian will keep buildings and offices in clean and orderly condition as well as performing heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing carpets, washing walls and glass.

Essential Duties:

• Gather and empty trash.
• Service, clean and supply restrooms, and break room areas.
• Clean and polish furniture.
• Clean windows and mirrors.
• Mix water and detergents in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
• Vacuum and shampoo carpets.
• Drive company vans to and from office buildings to perform job duties.
• Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning, minor maintenance duties.

• Set up tables and chairs to prepare for events.
• Maintain a safe working environment and follow all policies and procedures regarding safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• SHIFT: Monday – Friday 6:30am – 4:00pm with the possibility of overtime and/or weekend work as directed by business needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid US Driver’s License
• Obtain and maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC Badge) issued by the Department of Homeland Security

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Proven problem-solving abilities
• Deadline and detail oriented

Physical Attributes:

• Lift, push, and or pull up to 50lbs
• Stand, bend, and or kneel throughout shift
• Work exposed to outdoor elements such as heat, cold, rain, and or any other conditions out of doors
• Work with cleaning solutions and chemicals
