Job Summary

Packaging Department Team Member, 2nd Shift 4:00pm to 1:00am - Liquid and/or Dry Pack Flower Packaging - This requires extreme detail-orientation, focus and packaging correctly and per established standard operating procedures.

ALL SHIFTS NEEDED

SECOND SHIFT 4PM - 1AM @ $15.50/HOUR 

Responsibilities and Duties

• Package liquid and/or dry flower product using manual labor along with automated equipment as trained 
• Must demonstrate a good attitude and strong initiative, along with a positive work ethic and superior attendance
• Must be a team player, respectful and professional in the workplace at all times
• Will be cross-trained on all areas of packaging and/or related equipment 
• Will be required to read, comprehend and follow explicit instructions and Standard Operating Procedures
• Will be required to follow established and federally regulated GMPs and Good Documentation Processes 

• Must be available to work the shift hired into and assigned to. Second shift generally Monday thru Friday; 4:00pm - 1:00am
• Weekend and holiday work may be required with little or no notice, based on the needs of the business. Overtime will be required
• Must be flexible to work overtime and/or weekend hours based on production needs
• Requires use of personal protective equipment that may include but not be limited to closed toe shoes, respiratory protection equipment and hearing protection 
• Work is performed in a lab setting with biohazards/various chemicals 
• Must keep work environment clean at all times 
• Ability to work with various levels of noise 
• Must be dedicated to and follow Company safety, quality and production expectations

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Experience in a manufacturing/packaging environment preferred
• Mechanical skills preferred
• Previous experience in the medical marijuana packaging process is beneficial but not required
• Must pass a Florida Department of Health Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU) Level 2 Background Screening
• Must be 21 years of age
