Why Ian's Pizza?

Base Wage Excellent Tips about $15.50-$18.00 / hour : You'll earn a $12.50 / hour base wage, which bumps up to $13 / hour after initial training.

Your tips will be paid out at the end of your shift, and typically average $3-$5 / hour additional. We also add $1 / hour for any time worked after 11pm and and time worked on Sundays.

• Off-site and Catering Opportunities : We do a lot of events outside of our restaurant locations, and the tips at off-site and catering events are great (seriously, anywhere from $5-$20 / hour just in tips)! Our biggest locations for offsites are the baseball stadium and Summerfest.

Cook Job Duties and Expectations

You're going to cook A LOT of pizzas. You'll hand-stretch dough, work the ovens, and top and finish pizzas. Occasionally a cook helps with prep or Front-of-house (FOH) as needed, but for the most part, the job is making pizzas and helping with stocking, cleaning, and opening / closing tasks.

You'll be working with a great team, and so you'll be well supported, even in our busiest moments. And the tips will literally and figuratively have you "rolling in the dough"!

Cook Job Requirements

• Be able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Be able to bend, crouch, and lift 20-50 lbs.
• Be able to use ovens, pizza cutters, and other equipment of the business.
• Must be 18 to apply.
• English language proficiency is required.

No experience required?! If you are willing to learn and put in the effort, we'll teach you everything we know!

Cook Scheduling

9-5 is a Dolly Parton song, not a job at Ian's! Opening shifts typically start 1-2 hours before opening time, and closing shifts typically end 1-2 hours after closing time.

Our restaurants are most busy on evenings and weekends! Availability for these shifts is required.

Story Hill's (5300 W Bluemound Road) current hours are Sunday-Thursday 11am-9pm, Friday-Saturday 11am-11pm.

Part-time (20-30 hours a week) or full-time (30-40 hours a week) hours are available. Work-life balance is important to us, so our flexible scheduling allows you to work around your other commitments.
