Why Ian's Pizza?

• Base Wage Driver Reimbursement Excellent Tips = about $20/hour on average: You'll earn a $7.25/hour base wage. The driver reimbursement is $3 per run. Your tips will be paid out at the end of your shift, so that's money in your pocket! We also add $1/hour for any time worked after 11pm and and time worked on Sundays. All this combined, and you can expect an average hourly wage of about $20/hour.

The tips at off-site and catering events are fantastic (seriously, anywhere from $5-$20/hour additional just in tips)! Our biggest locations for offsites are the baseball stadium, Summerfest, and the Panther Arena.

Delivery Driver Job Duties and Expectations

You'll drive around delivering pizzas and salads! You'll also finish orders, pack, and load them up; answer phones; enter orders on the POS; and help with cleaning tasks. We're all one team, and our collaboration makes Ian's Pizza a success. The tips will have you "rolling in the dough"!

Delivery Driver Job Requirements

• Be able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Be able to bend, crouch, and lift to 20-50 lbs.
• Be able to use ovens, pizza cutters, and other equipment of the business.
• English language proficiency is required for this position.
• Must pass the driver eligibility check and have a valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Must be 18 to apply. Must be 18 to apply. If you are 16 or 17 years old, you can apply for the Front of House at our Story Hill location (5300 W Bluemound Road) or for a Seasonal Summer Catering and Offsites position. All other positions/locations require you to be 18 years of age.

Delivery Driver Scheduling

9-5 is a Dolly Parton song, not a job at Ian's! Opening shifts typically start 1-2 hours before opening time, and closing shifts typically end 1-2 hours after closing time. Most people work a mix of shifts (open, mids, dinner, closing). Our restaurants are most busy on evenings and weekends! Availability for these shifts is required.

Ian's Pizza Downtown (146 E Juneau) current hours are 11am-9pm Sunday-Thursday and 11am-12am Friday-Saturday.

Part-time (anything less than 30 hours a week) or full-time (30-40 hours a week) hours are available. Work-life balance is important to us, so our flexible scheduling allows you to work around your other commitments.
