Pizza Cook Job Duties and Requirements

You'll stretch the dough by hand, work the ovens, and finish pizzas. A TON of pizzas. That said, we're lucky to work with some great people, so when it gets busy, you have a fantastic team to support you. Helping with cleaning and opening/closing tasks is also a part of the job. Cross-training in the Front of the House is encouraged, but not required.

Requirements of the job...

• Be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Be able to bend, crouch, and lift up to 20-50 lbs.
• Be able to use ovens, pizza cutters, and other equipment of the business.
• English language proficiency is required for this position.
• Must be 18 to apply.

Scheduling

Opening shifts typically start 1-2 hours before opening time, and closing shifts typically wrap up 1-2 hours after closing time. Most employees work a mix of shifts (open, mids, dinner, closing). Availability for at least 1 weekend shift and 1 late night shift is required.

Broadway current hours: Sunday-Thursday 11am-11pm, Friday-Saturday 11am-1:45am

Part-time (anything less than 30 hours a week) or full-time (30-40 hours a week) hours are available. Work-life balance is important to us, so our flexible scheduling allows you to work around your other commitments.
