Front-of-house Counter Server Duties
You'll be greeting customers, tossing salads, slinging slices into the finishing ovens, and ringing people up. You'll also be answering phones and entering orders into our system for pick-ups and deliveries. The priority is to serve customers with keeping up with cleaning and stocking tasks. The tips will have you "rolling in the dough"!

Front-of-house Counter Server Scheduling
9-5 is a Dolly Parton song, not a job at Ian's! Opening shifts typically start 1-2 hours before opening time, and closing shifts typically end 1-2 hours after closing time. Most people work a mix of shifts (open, mids, dinner, closing).
Our restaurants are most busy on evenings and weekends! Availability for these shifts is required.
Part-time (anything less than 30 hours a week) or full-time (30-40 hours a week) hours are available. Work-life balance is important to us, so our flexible scheduling allows you to work around your other commitments.
