IAA, an RB Global, Inc. company, is seeking a Buyer Payment Specialist to join our corporate team in Westchester, IL
The Buyer Payment Specialist will provide support for all customers, external and internal. They will be responsible for reconciling and posting buyer payments. Running and analyzing hourly reports for purpose of applying wire transfers.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure appropriate authorizations and policies are followed
Assist with month-end closing and reporting
Help document new procedures
